Never. We're built for long-term partnership—after development we continue maintaining your system and supporting day-to-day operations. Deliberately slowing down only delays the results you see and damages trust on both sides; it doesn't help us either. We agree total development cost and contract period (development + onboarding) upfront, billed monthly. AI-assisted development keeps total cost far below traditional IT. After the contract ends, we still want a long-term maintenance relationship—flexible arrangements, no fixed contract.
We don't hand over and disappear. After launch you enter the go-live refinement phase—we use the system alongside your team and adjust as you go—buttons, reports, workflows—until everyone finds it easy to use. Only then do we step back.
